What a wonderful story, I mean you couldn't make it up could you? It seesm as if everyone is jumping on the buy to let bandwagon these days, us normal, hard working people hoping to get on the property ladder have no hope in hell when a hundred year old can beat us to the punch.

doesn't this fit with the prediction for a big price crash? rising interest rates, stupid house prices and lenders lending 5 and 6 x multiples on salary and to people who are practically dead.
