Redacted pieces together the story of a small group of US soldiers manning a checkpoint in Iraq using video diaries, surveillance footage and news pieces.
The tale is fictional but inspired by true events and the no holds barred sequences will leave you with fresh questions about the conflict.
Critics have hailed De Palma's work. "The documentary intensity makes it a compelling and believable fiction", said The Times.
