Birmingham folk are having to take another ribbing today as their accent is voted the most laughable in Britain
Over 20 percent of those responding to a Paramount Comedy channel survey said the Brummie accent was funniest, reports Sky News.
Scouse came second with 15 percent, beating Geordie by one percentage point. Welsh, Yorkshire, Cockney came next.
The study also found that those with the funniest accents were also the least intelligent. Hmmmph...
