Wenger hails teenage Fabregas

The Arsenal boss heaped praise on the youngster following their 2-0 thrashing of Juventus

Cesc Fabregas put Arsenal ahead just before half time with a low strike from 20 yards, and later passed to Henry who converted an empty net from 12 yards out.

"“It tells you such a lot about a player’s ability when he can be as decisive as Cesc was here", Wenger said.

The 18 year old completely overshadowed Patrick Vieira, back at Highbury to cheers and later jeers as Juventus fell apart. A yellow card rules out his return.

The Old Lady's fate was sealed with Henry's goal on 69 mins and red cards for Camoranesi and Zebina in the dying seconds of the game.

Meanwhile Champions League favourites Barcelona let Benfica off lightly with a no score draw.
